Wots it weigh?

Which is to say a trifle heavy (methinks) for the Moss.

Sniff!

Anyway the all important "T" is missing.

Just jealous I suppose:001_rolleyes:

aagh no, the "T" is to be avoided - too stressed and often worn out; non turbo 390 much safer bet.

Also have fully rotating seat and rear throttle pedal. :001_smile:

Now with a steering wheel and forward reverse shuttle to the rear.

That ud ave bin a cracking bit of kit for buckraking silage.

Back in the day.

Wit a bit o added turbo poke.

I was entirely unaware that MF ever produced any sort of rear drive 390.

Or was this an aftermarket conversion.

One of my passing notions was an MF based Moffat Mounty that sat in Christie and Jeffers yard a wheen (10 ish) of year ago.

It could have bought for sensible money and I ruefully reckon would have been a much better investment than money in the Bank, or shares, or property.

I beg to differ my 390t is faultless and reliable beyond belief :)

We used to have a 390 that had 112 ponies at the shaft... Sounded like an F15 when she was dragging hard... Never missed a beat. Although we did melt an early 399 that was heading for 140... Both good tractors though. Also had a late 390T with 18-Speedshift box on big tyres that happily did 50k. Needed a fair twist of the old screw to keep her there though - too many hills around here.

Those Moffet MFTs were a good tool difflock. Never owned one but serviced/worked on plenty. Not sure which I preferred - the MF or the Ford deriviant! Both decent tools.
