lot of things can change what you can produce in a day like having to work around mature trees like oaks to be left ? are you cutting to length? burning the top as you go by hand or putting in piles ? One thing for sure you will earn your money. also if you lack in experience your not going to be producing much to start with lots of little things you learn as you go along the way cutting chestnut coppice that save you time and a lot of work and sweat and there for putting your production rate up
