    CONFOR have an educational grant scheme that can help with tickets but you have to be a member for one year at least. Then they can be picky about exactly what they help pay for (up to £750 edu costs). You'll be best of just calling them and asking directly - the fund is there for a reason and they are not shy - quite friendly. Oh and you have to write them an article for every piece of funding you get! Education and Provident Fund Membership ConFor Good luck.

    I lack experience and need to quote for felling sweet chestnut coppice, dense, growing 20-24 years. How many tonnes do you think can be felled an hour - based on your own experience? Cheers.
