todays achievements were pretty good got the profile and got it machined to take the cutters and the mounting holes

F Me, that looks the business, what size cutters are they and how much to get that wheel machined please, i have always thought that most wheel configurations are over complicated , when its about simple spin centrifugal grunt, smash and grind which must work best, I once had a carlton which had just 4 pairs of off set Greenteth 500 on it and it cut into stumps like a mad man, did see at the last trade show a couple of p28 with just 4 pairs of 900 fitted, :thumbup1: you wheel looks a lot like one i'v seen, cant remember the brand, but it was in the states. Greenwheel ? was yours modeled on that one ?

had a look at the green wheel and decided that the greenwheel was too expensive so i drew it out and sent it to the profilers got it cut out of weldox 700 cost 25+vat to get it cut and the cutters were 240 ish versus 1300 for green wheel and then time to machine it .see thru so you see what your grinding also means less mass for the belts to spin up
