Froomes yer man imo. Never liked him much last year but then I hadn't listened to him too much before now.......A very level headed man, he reminds of my all time favourite Sean Kelly. He was very quiet and did all his talking on the bike....:thumbup:

Come on Froomey.....:thumbup:

I always like Lauren Fignon - a kind of John McEnroe on a bike.

Great to see the Brits doing well (even if they are from Kenya, IOM and Ireland)

@Coppiceer.

I think that Movistar are the major threat against Sky for that stage but not for the Tour.

The biggest problem could be if Movistar and Garmin work together, I would also guess that Evans would want BMC in on that action too. That would be horrible to watch. Remember what happened to team GB at the Olympic road race last year!

That's all very true. Also, as its on Bastille day there will be plenty of crazy Frenchmen trying to get the stage win. I hope that Sir Chris can get some additional time in hand in Wednesday's time-trial. Meanwhile here's hoping Sir Cav can get some more sprint victories this week.

That's a bit harsh. And i'm french so I have no particular allegiance. I don't think the crash was his fault, and getting piss thrown at him was just wrong. Not enamoured with the guy but what about all the other doped-up riders?

Harsh my arse....:laugh1: OMTC asked me why so I gave him my opinion, and I do believe it was Cav's fault. If anyone had done it to him he'd have spat his dummy out and gone mental.....as per usual when things don't go his way.

Yeah whoever threw urine at him needs a public floggin' imo. I'll agree with you there.

Well done Kittel, pay back.....:thumbup:
