I must say ted it is a fantastic show. Is a bit pricey to get in. But worth it if your into the military stuff.

Just a good chance to see something different. And it's a really good learning curve.

The only problem I have is going past the de activated weapons tent. I had to be dragged kicking and screaming by the missis last time.

Is the show worth visiting during the week? as I have to go to an in law family wedding over that weekend - I'd much rather look at tanks and militaria!!

Will do ted.

I'm will get as many as I can on the iPad. Not sure about vids as it will mostly be on the iPad.

Will make sure the camera is fully charged each day I'm there aswell.

The last show I saw the German tank used in saving private Ryan was there. Speaking to the driver he said Tom hanks was scared about blasting the Thomson into the driver window. Driver said it was defenning.

Went a couple times when it was at Paddock Wood. Never really understood why they added the 'peace' bit to it. Bunch of warmongers and wannabee's imo.

You certainly see some sights. The first time I went a few years ago, a purple Micra pulled into the space next to me in the car park. I nearly peed myself laughing when a bloke got out dressed in full SS gear. My, how the master race has fallen.

Keeping it as real as possible. Same thing over here with Civil war reenactment and WW II.
