Go to the start menu and look at "all programs" then open the microsoft office file and outlook 200? should come up. Mines 2007 and the instructions i gave earlier would work for that.

 

On your tools menu are there any arrows for drop down menus?

cant find any of that tom, i am brain dead with these things, i will find someone to do it for me, i really need to do a computer course. thanks mate:001_smile:
