Im not on facebook. Am just curious what the 'like' stuff is about? Why do you need to 'like' each other?

Liked #36 i think its a good idea we always put vids and pics up and its nice to see other arbs doing the same.

It's a bit like subscribing to a page. You 'like' the page and then that pages posts like photos and videos will show up on your news feed (homepage) when you log in to Facebook. It's sort of like networking. You like a page and it will then suggest others similar and shows up who of your friends like it. There's no rewards really. Just gains popularity in the hope that a potential customer may see it and give you a call!

So, if somebody asked you to like this or that, but you looked at it and thought it was weak, would you still 'like' it? knowing that others might then be looking at the stuff you 'liked' and think WTF?

 

So why not just start a 'add your facebook here' thread....then 'like' it or not, no comeback ? Of course I dont care:biggrin: but would just seem a little more genuine. No offence BTW, I wont be starting facebook any time soon....but for someone like myself who's not involved or in the loop, just seemed like a bizarre thread.

No, I would not 'Like' a page to like a friend. I have very thick skin and I expect that of those I like.

I think you would like it if you tried it.. I bet I would 'Like' it.
