Now 30 days since saw failed, apparently needs new motor. Do Husqvarna not have 1? Is this acceptable or more "couldn't give a damm" attitude from Husqvarna. Wouldn't like to have been relying on it as main top handle. Really p----d of with this situation.

under the sale of goods act 1979 para 14 they have 21 days to rectify the problem. it is now 30 days. send them a formal letter recorded delivery that they either send the saw back fixed. replace with new or refund your money in full.

failure to do any of these within 7 days. take out a small claim in court for the cost of replacing saw loss of revenue due to no saw, postage and telephone costs. see if that awakens them from there slumber. cost a lot more than replacing saw
