On a more serious note, do you subscribe to these theories (yes you will need to watch it:001_tt2:)

Would like to hear someone else's opinions on it:biggrin:

Too busy watching the delightful Denise van often gliding across the ballroom :001_rolleyes:

Haha, can't believe your watching strictly, I turned the tele off (altogether) along time ago:lol:

Sent from my Galaxy S2

Don't have telly during the week in the big smoke, so when there's scantly clad young fillies twirling around in little more than a tasseled bikini, then it's a toss of a coin between you ugly lot and strictly, guess who gets more of my attention

I can see you in a tutu David...very nice...:001_tt2:

On the presentation...great delivery by Frank, I always try (when it works) to break out of the powerpoint cage..great use of vegetables to get an important point across.

Our mental models, analogies and simplifications are important when trying to convey the essence of a complicated message, but they have (IMO) proved to be a double edged sword...it seems it will take some years to break down two of my least favorites; canopies as sails, and decay being a disease.

Looked like a great conference lively audience and some intelligent questions.:thumbup1:

Regretting not having more of an effort to have attended now.

Away from the fine list of speakers, just chatting with the attendees would of been a good oportunity.

Glad I'm not managing trees in Germany, hadn't realised the pressures that those guys and gals must be under in terms of the level of risk management that appears to exists there.

Bit of reactive growth from what i can only presume is perenniporia fraxinea?

It came down as it was on its way out, thinned to with an inch of its existance over previous years....
