Fine old mate....I am not certain if this is intended as some sort of dig but we aspire to live in a freeworld and the choices you make are, at least in theory, there to be sorted through so we can make a decision from freewill. No -one I think would criticise your choice and expect to be villified.

I am not for a moment trying to suggest you "look the fool". However, the constant self-deprecation is not as effective as you may think. Is it some sort of backhanded criticism aimed at those of us who for some reason disappoint you because we fail to engage with you in the way you might prefer? No man, think about it.

You said "I honestly think, you are trying to overcomplicate what is to me, (and I am dumb) a simple matter."

This to me suggests that you are not infact engaging in any debate or discussion. Default setting- " everyone hates Hama...!" BORING.....:blushing:

Sean has posted whilst I wrote that...I havent read the comments .

Tim, please read what i post and not inbetween the lines of your making!

I am giving an opinion, and conviction in that opinion, that is all. what use is it to make a statement if not prepaired to back it with full conviction? That is not to say that i may not be swayed in the light of an alternative solution, i am an inteligent guy and capable of seeing when I am wrong, thats all.

There is some truth in your view that my attitude reflects a little we hate hama attitude, but it is only a reflection on those that feel i think i am something special, or that my cause is unjust or my argument a waste of time and energy! present company excluded.

the fact that i persist, and engage, even in the face of what is at times some adversarial debate, should indicate my character.

I have all my life been accused of having an ego that was too big for my boots, this is so far removed from the reality of who and what I am that i may overcompensate from time to time, and if that is wrong, then i thank you for the observation, but what would you have me do differently? if i say i am smart i get the ego bull, if I say im dumb, i get acused of playing a game!

i know your an inteligent bloke, i also think it a shame that you done engage MORE, for i know i have much to learn from the likes of you david, tony s etc.

I choose to engage, but we are not all so "exuberant" truth be know, ridicule and mockery scares the bejusus out of this sensitive old soul, but my life is enriched by having ago far more than it hurts to be wrong or thought a fool, by a few.
