softwood?

Seem to have fussy customers down here and they all want hardwood.

 

 

They just need 'Educating'!!! feed them correct facts and eventually people get the message: It does not matter what you are burning as long as it is seasoned properly, most well known makes of wood burner originated in really cold countries such as Sweden/Canada where softwood (or birch) is what they were designed to use, (without coal).

thanks everyone,

i know people around me sell softwood logs as i see them advertised.

Dont know if i will be able to sell it as very new to logs, but tempted to bring the timber home and split.

Other than the extra diesel of pulling it all home, i should get 20 ton for free. At least if i am left with a load of logs i have not spent too much!!

Should i mix with other softwoods or have just pine loads?
