...why are my iPad pics always upside down?

Pads & Pods have a fixed camera. If you tilt the pad/pod while you take the photo, the viewer lets you see the righted image. But the viewing screen and camera are not the same. The pad/pod knows it's on its side or upside down, the camera does not. So image is saved the way it was taken. Learn which way is 'up' for you device and try to capture images with it upright. If you tilted the device during capture, just do a simple edit to right the image 'before' uploading and all will be good.

above I'm still trying to find on Google!! Pembrokeshire I think beautiful place they also had some outside using as seats and stumpery. yew yes, I lent it to an art gallery where they had it with a large oak stump planned the tops off ( quite an investment for them but I missed the opportunity to sell to the artist, the suggested price was turned down) 1 is now an out door table and the other in the pic, cheers j
