Lost a good friend today

This is one of the songs which was played at his after funeral party. It was one of his favourite songs. If i had remembered my camera i would have got a video of everyone singing along to it.

Still brings a lump to my throat and a tear to my eye listening to the songs which were played. But the wounds will take a long time to heal.

Tonights ride out couldn't have gone any better. Dry,warm and broken cloud. We had a turnout of about 130 bikes all marshalled and so far we have raised over £750 for Dorset and Somerset Air ambulance. Only slight hiccup was when the marshalls were getting a shift on between junctions a digruntled traffic cop pulled some of them in for a quick chat as they were getting a shift on. Even so it was a fantastic turnout. I will be loading the video of the majority of bikes moving on from where dan was sadly taken out.
