To be fair I don't think you quite grasped my satirical post regarding your location

 

If you require people to assist you in your business it would be helpful if you narrowed down your location

Your yard is in ?

Your work is carried out in and around ?

The more information you provide the better chance you will have of finding the correct candidates

 

I know of good fencing guys from Shrewsbury but they could be 100 miles from you....

Don't know if they're pts but Rob Bell in Kendal do a lot on the side of motorways and his works good.
