Didnt use to be any warnings on Grazon 90 either, it now says can cause nausea, headaches and depression of the central nervous system and to wear respirator mask, explains why we used to be ill for a week after using it years ago when there were'nt any warnings on it :001_cool:

no you do not need the tickets but if you do spray on a third party's site and something goes wrong eg you kill some special plant or it drifts on to a pond and kills the fish. a are you covered under your PL insurance. and with the tickets. you can show you did it all by the book. and did a risk asesment before spraying.

the cost can be high. i have 2 mil PL for environmental damage. i trust i never need to use it. after doing my pa1 and pa6 i learnt a lot when to spray and not to. and did very little last year due to weather. thats the other point you charge to kill weeds its damp under foot rain in air waste of time spraying if you do and weeds do not die they will expect it done again for nowt.

if you are doing a lot then get the tickets if its a job now and again then get a registered sprayer in and add it to the cost of job. if he or her do it wrong then bucks stops with them
