I don't even know why you needed a saw down there..should have just got Elliott to stand on it all, then you wouldnt have discovered a puzzle that rivals the rubix cu d in complexity..."unravelling and fitting a spare 72 link chain".

Must be all that cuscus eh :-)

Aside from salts and water, this works well for me, though it is temporary.

In Highschool we played a tournament in northern ontario, 5 games in two days.

By the third game I had hamstrings and calfs lock up and was hitting the ground.

Coach and mates carried me off the court and an elder 1st nations offered to help.

Here is the simple and effect technique. Apply as much force as bearable against the muscle and veins and opposite the flow of blood.

What happens is the blood surges back into the muscles and like magic the cramps are unlocked.

Btw we lost in the Championship game and was due to and big thanks to the wise elder considering we were ranked last.
