OK Guys, this isn't another thread about the merits of MEWPS but asking for your experiences and advice. We are considering an Oil and Steel Octopussy 1715 tracked unit. Our first choice would have been a Teupen 18 but we haven't found one secondhand at a sensible price that isn't knackered.

The unit we're considering is a 2006 model and has low hours and in very good condition. As well as a new LOLER it comes with a warranty for 3 months. We've hired an identical machine before and got on ok.

So, do any of you currently operate one of these or similar or have you in the past? Any advice gratefully received.
