Hi all

Just to clarify for you, we will post saws to any cert holders in the mainland uk.

We have been asked by Stihl to not post to Ireland north or south, as this is handled by a dedicated Ireland distributor and not from Stihl uk. The same goes for Europe and worldwide. I can understand their point if us uk dealers supplied Ireland and elsewhere then their would be no dealers and no back up available.

Hope this helps.:001_smile:

Get someone here to buy it then send it to ya but that may not be cheaper nor good if things go pear shaped with the saw

Just a note here. All Stihls are covered by a worldwide warranty, so if you lived here and moved or someone brings you a gift. You local dealer should cover it for you as they will be getting paid by Stihl to repair it.:001_smile:

my dad bought a stihl on-line last year from some company in northern ireland. my local dealer(and me) didn,t really want him to get another because he,s 87(but very active).

he just asked a friend to place the order and had his shiny new stihl next day.
