Hi all,

without going into too much detail, take plenty of your own drinks to site, i ran out during one of the hot days last week, and the site groundskeeper topped up my water from a unknown source,

ive now been in bed since thursday, in extreme pain, unable to eat, i will spare you all the rest of the details.

even some domestics can be a little dodgey

Get well soon!

My workmate fills his water bottle up at the garage (as in the air and water station for cars :D) - saying that, he was feeling a bit run down recently....

If he's feeling a little deflated he should go back to the same place

Get well soon matey. Take more water next time!
