I have both, and honestly don't have a preference over either. They both do the same job. Hitch climber has rounder sides which apparently make slack tending smoother if you pull it from a sidewards angle, not noticed myself. When I first got the skywalker I did think it seemed to self tend easier and put it down to the angle it was at.....but it could equally just have been the way I had tied my knot I suppose.
