Called the bloke who I bought it off, he said he used 15w40 so that's what I am gonna use to top it up. Service is due soon

 

How many of you guys service their chipper themselves?

Always done the servicing on my 150. Spectrum Plant do a service kit for all the filters. They also sell the engine oil, which I think is 10-30.

It says 10/30 in the manual. Personally I think it's better to get any oil in rather than let it get low and semi synthetic ticks all the boxes.

I service my 150 and change the oil and filter and fuel filter every 50 hours. Keep em clean and the run sweet as.
