Flymo handle rope rings

As above really I've bought a flymo for doing some steep bankings. I've seen the rings that you drill a hole into the handle frame then bolt it on so you can clip on your rope. So the main question is does any one know where to buy them from as I'm not having much luck finding them.

I have mown bankings of 45 degrees for years now, some quite big areas and I gave up on the mower on a rope, it's far quicker now to have a stihl backpack Strimmer and ice crampons on my boots. I now do it in half the time.

If your fly mow is two stroke it will be ok but beware using 4 stroke mowers on steep banks, the proper mowers are specially designed for banking use with the oil sump bottom most so it isn't starved of oil

Cheers Dean it's a new 4 stroke flymo with the 5.5 hp Honda engine I think. Will have a look at the book that came with it and find out we're the sump is hopefully its at the bottom and all will be good. Only reason I bought it is for doing banks as the older guy that gives us a hand struggles with the brush cutter on them and reckons the hover mower is the answer even tho it provides hours of amusement watching him slip about:blushing::lol:
