The ol' legs seem to have stood up the last nights run.

 

I think I will do the same route at about the same pace tonight.

 

Maybe midweek I shall have some beers and a 'ruby' an hour or to before setting off -see how well that 'lengthens my stride'!

I take it BHF is the British Heart Foundation.

 

I was on the receiving end of spectacular open heart surgery almost exactly two years ago.

 

Their pre-ride info may not be the best, but believe me, their pre and post operation information is pure gold

Yeah was really well done on the course. Bout bout 3.5 hours. Mates hybrid was a struggle for him.

Well done. Try a run or two during the week and I reckon you'll take a minute off that time every week for the first 4 at least.

That really steep hill was a killer.
