looking for a bit of advise

hey all,

 

ive been asked to trim some trees to let more light into their garden but im not sure if it would be better to wait until there is leaves on them so i can see what im needing to take off or can i do it just now?

im not to sure as ive not been down to see them yet, i do know there are conifers but im not sure what else is there.

If you need the work/money then do it now if not wait until the summer you will get a more instant effect then.

Personally I'd rather do it the now - less hassle with foliage.

 

If it's to let light into a garden, it's probably a light crown reduction of some sort or you may be asked to top them out... best to suss the job first and get some pictures, pop them up on here and there'll be plenty of people to offer you advice.
