Academic or more nptc?

I potentially have got the opurtunity to get some funding for some more training...but i cant decide wether i want to do more tickets i.e fell meduim trees, chainsaw from rope and harness and sectional dismantling or do the tech cert course.

TEch certificate...more of a level 3 qualifications for tree inspectors, surveyors and team leaders and assitant tree officers. using your brain more than your muscles in a nutshell.

read your post again mesterh...one year at partime college..or online with Myerscough looking at woodland managment, tree law, tree inspections, report writing ecte.

did that 17 years ago....not again...i could ask Asda if they need a tree surgeon for there car parks i suppose.

If you have the time and can be bothered I would go for the tech cert then.

Unless you really need more NPTC's.

where would you put the cuttings? in the trolly or basket?
