my "lad" to use when he's available as I said earlier he will be fully qualified come May but I can have him in when he's not in college :thumbup1:

If you're putting your lad through training, there's grants for that as well.

 

It's all about getting money from the big pot mate, especially if your a small outfit.

Sorry mate it's a friend of my son who's almost completed his college courses, I've never claimed a cent in all my life I've always been an "earner" I'll pay my own way like I always have done :thumbup1:

Fair enough, I thought you meant you had a lad on an apprenticeship type scheme.

 

I know what your saying, but the monies there to pay to get your employees trained, I'm not saying claim as much as you can, but if the money is there, and you need to provide training, it could be the difference between you breaking even or going under.
