You were evidently worried about the reading. I suggest that you ask your doc/nurse about the reading at the time. If next time it's low or high, you ought to know what that mean for you personally and being in the surgery, is an ideal place. Plus, if you ask right there and then, you don't need to wait for another appointment and can avoid any prolonged worrying.

HI TGB thanks for that mate i do not go to doctor MUCH 2 time in 10 years i try and keep away mate just try and keep going mate I like to think thats ok but theres some like to go there and take up there time i no some go up there for just a small cut on finger and then do not turn up time to see the doctor that to me is a joke and people said pay for it jon :thumbup:
