Not disputing that it's a good saw, but it's total overkill. For maximum diameters of 15 inches, a 550xp is going to be amply powerful. Any more than that is unnecessary.

 

Agreed .Thats why I suggested 550 but its always nice to have a bit "extra " up your sleeve :001_smile:

550 xp 50cc saw cracking saw all you will need and more try forest &arb Winchester 01962 857951 speak to Richard or jason are doing some very good deals on Huskys at present. and very good after sales service.

550 awesome saw. Urinates all over that German muck and everything else for that matter. Feels great on a 15" bar

Yeh will probably buy from forestandarb, went in the the other day to have a quick look. Just wanted to get some advice from people in the know first

I'd agree, especially for a first saw too.
