legal requirment for evry firm ,wether yr on the books or subby

 

I thought for a second I had missed something here. According to the Insurers Arborisk etc you don't need employers liability, indeed, I quote 'Can't get employers liability if you get sub contractors in and use them under your instruction. See Insurance in the search heading above.:thumbup1:

that depends wether hes a subby climber ,with a saw and climbing kit that works under instruction , or a contractor with his own truck.chipper,saws etc that runs the job for you

Hi mate, I've just renewed my Insurence with trust for the fifth year. They have been very efficient up to now. This year I did get another comparison quote from arborisk and they were actually £100 cheaper but I still decided to stay loyal to trust as They gave me the correct advice when enquiring about indemnity Insurence whereas arborisk I feel advised slightly wrongly, not understanding my needs and maybe just trying to hard to undercut the compitition and not hard enough on giving me the policy I need!
