New to Trees!

Hello all.

My name is Carl, 23 year old lad looking to get into tree surgery.

Ive been working as a removals porter for the past 4 years and i want a change..

Im used to working outdoors and hard work is not a problem.

How can i get into tree surgery? I am very hands on and would like to learn as i work. Freelance climbing sounds like something i would eventually like to achive in the long run.

What qualifications do i need? or can i just pick it up as i go along?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Thanx.

Carl :)
