Hi just wondering if there was a way of fitting a 16" bar and chain on a 460

460 is still standard mount isn't it? So I think yes... But I'm sure someone can confirm... I've not tried a bar off my 260 on my 460....

yes as long as the chain is the same pitch, so a bar of a 260 is .325 wheras the 460 is 3/8.

ran a 16" on my older 046 for a good while as my main felling/x cutting saw, what a beast and well balanced.

guy i did some work for has a ported 066 with an 8 pin sproket running an 18inch bar... rapid as anything
