Found these boletes under a fairly young apple tree today, also many that looked identical under horse chestnut only without the cracking caps. The lack of cracking may have been due to a more shady damp location, maybe...

Any clues on species? I didn't see any discolouration, and they just smelled (smelt?) nice and mushroomy.
