The Taxos are describing about 1200 a year.

That first one if i saw it i would have put down as some insect having done some funky egg laying:001_rolleyes:

 

 

 

Not technically a fungi that one.

 

It's a myxomycetes (macroscopic slime mlould)

I have to say David your photography skills are definatley improving, your daylight settings are bang on for acurate colour rendition and your flash photography is almost undetectable.

 

That's really interesting Tony, as not one of those shots was with the flash.

 

I have changed over to the aperture priority setting on the G11 over the last couple of weeks, and the shots are noticably improved.
