Thought initially this would be rigi......but took a little segment from the base which appeared to be perreniporia (as it only had pale flesh).....were quite young fruiting bodies so maybe the tube colouration changes as it ages???

 

quite high up though.

havent no.....but can get one. it was a pretty even colour throughout though......will go see again.

heres one at the base.....quite young isnt it?......this is where i took a slice from.......will go tomorrow and have another look.

 

Would the tube colouration change with age?
