Looks a good candidate, can't find many references to it though. Any experience of it ?

David,

Especially in the November-December period common in poor or lightly manured grasslands and lawns, grassy spots in sand dunes and on roadsides. If it smells of cedar wood or Russia leather, it's C. russocoriaceus.

IME the Snowy Wax Cap can even be found with fresh snow on its caps and stiff frozen FB's.

David,

I assume you know 1/2 is P.o. and 3/4 is C.c.

5/6 : Pholiota (= Kuehneromyces) mutabilis

7/8/9 (+ 10/11 ?) : Xerula species ? If so, X. pudens or X. radicata

12 : the deadly poisonous :001_huh: look-a-like of 5/6 : Galerina marginata (= G. autumnalis) !!!

Now then, now then, now then, 1/2 I'm happy with,

3/4 I would be calling C.p

5/6 on the Hazel coppice I would see as A.m

Had absolutley no idea for the last two, so will happily take your prompts.
