Evening all as you have probably seen in adams thread on hunting for uk gems. ive spotted a fair few trees that would be good to measure up and have a good old rec climb at the same time. the trees are all located in wippendell woods just outside watford.

ive scouted out a few limes a beech and a few planes that may be worth giving a shot.

im not sure on what day to do it but the first weekend of FEB on the saturday may be a good start let me know if any of you are intrested.

it is local woodland and have been climbing in here with mates for a few years never had a problem, people are normally quiet intrested and watch. i could watch out for the local park ranger again but, as i say i have never had a problem climbing in this woodland before.

i mean how many people are u aiming to get to come along is there any limit

 

no its an open invite there are plenty of tall limes to try out they are all on an old avenue. good to see other peoples techniques as well.
