Due to a technical misunderstanding between the cooker and the Mrs and the enclosed instructions:blushing: we still got the leg of lamb to go.

Good job there were other meats in the mix.

Superb stuffing simply made with fresh roasted chestnutts, susage meat, sage and breadcrumbs.

With a selection of home made red current jelly and misc other potted goodies.

Unbelivably good.

Must have been my roasting of the chestnutts on the embers in the Morso stove.:lol:

I also picked the fruit to make the jellies.

And made custard without lumps ( I simply followed the instructions:001_rolleyes:)
