What's the score re planning with them Tom, are they classed as mobile, going to have to get one for about two years I reckon

It's a right minefield, I have temporary planning for this, I have to re-apply every 3years. Oh and council tax is £1000+ a year

Classed as a small house, and that's the going rate around here. May be different up north though

That's beautiful - what i'm hoping to do in the future (buy land and build a wooden house)

My truck is going to be as off grid as possible, if not 100%.

3 solar panels + wind turbine feeding the battery bank

compost seperating toilet

lpg for cooking

woodburner for heat

and (maybe) guttering for rainwater, then pump through filters to convert it into drinking water.

 

Love the idea of low impact/off grid living.
