MS660 new caps??

Does anyone know if new 660's are being supplied with the new style fuel/oil caps yet?

 

I want to buy one but i dont want the old caps...

Not yet.

 

They have lots of the old castings and will only start making the new ones once there used up.

From what i gathered when i bought mine, there are so many old castings, they wont put new style caps on till they bring out the replacement for the 660!

 

Both style caps have pros and cons so its not such a big thing having screw ons. At least the 660`s caps are the large ones so they are easier to grip when opening.

Dont think theres any plans for a replacement just yet, it was just to let me know there was no point waiting for the later type caps to come out on the 660!
