I,m thinking of buying a Landini tractor, it has a 4 cylinder Perkins turbo engine so parts are easy to obtain and there is a dealer only 25 miles away from me, it is just to use in the woods, are they ok or a nightmare?:confused1:

A mate has one and really rates it , front pto and linkage is handy on his rig as he can winch in timber then pick it up.

Clearance and compactness seems to work really well in the woods for him.

In the same sort of league as zetors etc. Not bad tractors and will do the job i think you may find that they dont hold re-sale values like some other tractors. if the price condidition and amount of horses is ok then a bit of guarding and bob's your uncle.

cheers,

Andrew
