painfull thumb in cold weather

Thanks. Just to compound issues i've been spreading salt for the last week and have found a strange numbing of my jaw due to clenched teeth syndrome !!!!

 

On a more serious note I would be interested to know just how much peoples productivity is affected by cold hands/feet. I find that I just get on with it but it's more a mental thing (walking around scunnered all day).

 

Don't know how you climbers manage.

Maybe some of you guys should get something like this. You can get less flashy ones that you light what I think is a bit of coal or something similar, close it up and it keeps burning inside. Keep it on your harness :001_smile:.

 

I get really painful hands in the cold, makes working with rope and krabs horrible. The first time I went paintballing it was in the low minus's and in the first round I got hit across the knuckles on my left hand... that stung like a bitch lol.
