Kubota B3030 with LA403 Loader

Guys... been thinking about selling my 1 year old (52 hours) Kubota B3030 tractor complete with Kubota LA403 loader.... can anyone give me an indication of what I should put it up for price wise please?

 

I have attached a pic of when she was delivered.. cutting deck is NOT included in any proposed sale.

 

I am VAT registered so it would be £... + VAT

work sold a 5 year old one with cab, mower deck and loader, 1300 hrs and thrashed for 8000 to a dealer. so a good condition one be worth a lot more
