anyone any ideas what the latin name is for Irish Yew ?

tried it in wikipedia but it just comes up the common yew but this is for a project at college and theres normal yew in it anyway

 

any help is much appreciated

Also, Taxus baccata cv. 'Fastigiata Aureomarginata' is the common Golden variety.

i always thought the golden coloured yews were irish yews

No, your thinking of the Australian yew. The Irish yew is the one that grows toward the pub.
