Hi everyone is it ok for me to do climbing jobs under the supervision of a collegue who has cs 30 31 38 39. The situation is that we have some work lined up commercially and we need another climber. The next 38 39 course is in december we need to complete the work in November. If i climb then that would mean i have a man on site for a rescue is this correct or very nieve.

Any supervision has to be direct, your supervisor needs to be supervising you and doing nothing else.
