Some elm, oak, and Robinia at the moment. I have a local turner who will have them, but I wondered on whether there is an accepted way of pricing so he is getting a fair price, and myself too.

i reckon it depends on your buyer.

 

my man would pay £80>£150 for a nice one, thats just a approx.

 

find 2 or 3 turners and do the rounds, taking bids :thumbup:

Ouch >I don't mind paying a fair price for burrs nut £150 is a lot

How are you ever supposed to make it pay.You would need to turn that into something like £1000 of stock to recuperate that outlay
