Going to do my last cuts this week be glad to put the mowers away after all the rain we have had this year.

The secret to running a garden maintainance company is to get customers to put work off to the winter to give you 12 months work Things such as hedges small trees and tidy ups.

Or work 12 hrs a day 6 days a week and have the winter off.

Yup, I'd agree with that. I'd rather work like a slave through the year and take it easy over the winter.

Hi all i have a small mowing and maintainance business and i was just wondering when you all put your gear away and stoped advertising ?.Also what do you all do through the winter months Thanks Atb Roy

I love the winter ive just put the snow plough and gritter on, Logs are in full swing, Hedge planting to do etc... If anything winter is far busier than spring / summer as you are limited with daylight hours.

All the best
