If your looking for positive advice, ask a politician! Don't ask humble tree cutters in a recession for candy coated compliments. What sort of answer were you looking for? What you can look forward to after 15/20 years of climing/dragging/cutting is possible problems with joints, back, hearing and circulation. And unless you are one of the very few who crack the market, you can look forward to not having a huge pile of cash in the bank! But, theres now harm in giving it a go, good luck to ya.

What you say is true, but seriously mate if you could turn back time, would you of choosen a different path....... Or maybe i should put it another way! do you really feel your time was wasted in arb? Even if you choose another career path, that may of not worked out and you may of not had so much fun and variety.

I think it depends what you're looking for in life. If you think you'll get rich and retire young, no chance, but if you can measure your wealth in quality of life, mixed with an element of fun, then your quals can take you there. This is a hard life, hard on the body, hard at times on the soul, but its a good one.

I think that I definetly would choose a different path.

I aint a great lover of trees (not to say I hate them)and I aint that bothered about working outdoors. I mean If I had a easier well paid job I could probably afford to take more time off and actually enjoy being outside.

Maybe I've just had enough:bored:
