I need cold and dry for 2 weeks. Got so much DED elm to pull out of the wood for next years fires and so many billets to log up. Everywhere is just such a bloody mess and as soon as you start work it dumps another load on you. I only really need 3 or 4 full days on the ground but I can't seem to get one at the moment.

Same here, the rain needs to give over! Got loads of wood down but can't even get the quad in to get it out, never mind the tractor :001_rolleyes:

As Jon said, I`ve seen a forcast for colder weather in about a couple of weeks time. That was on accuweather on phone.

Still NO sign of proper winter weather though.

went in wood on foot today so wet was sliding all over place was going to use dumper to bring some wood out left it in its shed. for weather try weather school simon is spot on with weather

I feel so sorry for nature now. Hedgehogs out, moths out, primroses in flower, even oak buds look lifted then bang end of the month could be sub zero.

Not just up and down Jon bloody barmy! Dog rose in full leaf and about to flower today. First to spot a bumblebee gets a Crazy Cutter chq book and pen!:001_rolleyes:
