After many conversations and meetings we have finally been given 10 year lease for an old coal board yard with concrete hard standing ( 28 acres all told inc woodland ) I know there have been loads of posts on here re planning etc but can anyone tell me what needs to be done and with who so i can get it right first time

If you are going for planning i'd leave it for a month or so, as the government are about to announce some changes to what can be done in agricultural buildings without planning permmision.:thumbup1:

Thanks all thats really helpful , as for the 10 year bit ive gone into with my mate who runs tank driving days hance the space etc.
